Give us a call, we're here for you

We are now able to see patients in-person but if you have viral symptoms (such as cough, runny nose, sore throat or fever) then please book a telephone consultation with the doctor. Our intention is to minimise the potential spread of COVID-19 within general practices.

Can I see the doctor in person?

Yes, if you don’t have virus symptoms you can book to see the doctor. We recommend that patients wear masks when they come in. If you don’t have a mask then we have these available.

When you arrive we ask that you phone reception and wait in your vehicle. A staff member will collect you from the car-park so that you don’t have to sit in the waiting room.

If you are not coming by car or do not have a cellphone then knock on the front door and we will make a waiting area available to you.

If you have symptoms and want to know if you need to be tested for COVID-19 then contact us. To be tested you need to meet the case criteria.

If you think you may have COVID-19 then please do not enter the building. Please phone us first because we need to wear protective equipment and see you in the car-park. COVID-19 nasal swabs will either be done in your own vehicle or we will refer you to a community based testing centre (CBTC).

If you feel you are very unwell then please request a more urgent in-person appointment at our practice. For medical emergencies phone 111.

Vaccines > We need to continue the routine immunisation programme as this is very important. Please phone reception to book your immunisations. We ask that you stay in your car and phone us when you arrive and we will either administer it in the vehicle (flu vaccine) or collect you to have the injection inside (childhood vaccines).

Routine care > We are open for business and will continue to provide routine care as able. Your doctor is only a phone call away and is happy to help.
